WHEN TO EXPECT YOUR ORDER

UK Standard Delivery will take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. Please note that over bank holidays, sale periods and holiday seasons there may be slight delays.

UK Express Delivery will provide you with next day delivery services across the UK mainland on all orders placed before 12pm.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are shipped next day or same day if placed before 12pm. During busy periods, please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once the order has shipped. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

OUR COURIERS

FUEGO® ships with Royal Mail for all UK orders with EVRi handling returns for all UK customers.

RETURN POLICY

FUEGO® offers a 28 day refund or exchange from the date you receive your order. All returns must be sent to us in the same condition in which they arrived. All labels and tags must be attached, with no marks, stains pulls or tears on the product.

FUEGO® can refuse the right to accept a return if we suspect the product has been worn or altered.

If you believe your item has arrived damaged, or is faulty due to any particular reason, visit our FAQ for more information, or contact us for further help. All refunds are issued via the original method of payment.
